WHERE HEALING HAPPENS

Helping you make sense of your health, understand your options, and decide what matters most to you

Why I Created This

I've spent 11 years in the space between.

For the last 11 years, I've had the unusual opportunity to sit at the intersection of patients and doctors, and it has taught me more about health and healing than I ever could have imagined. I've been part of thousands of conversations, helping people understand complicated information, prepare for appointments, sort through recommendations and figure out what to do next.

What I've learned is that one size absolutely does not fit all. There is often a gap between what a doctor is trying to communicate and what a patient actually understands, and an even bigger gap between knowing what might help and figuring out how to make it work in real life.

My own health journey has taught me just as much. I've experienced firsthand how much stress, grief and illness can change us, and how overwhelming it can feel when you're trying to find your way back to yourself.

Healing in the Space Between grew out of all of it. I created this space to share what I've learned, connect people with information and resources I trust, and make navigating your health feel a little less complicated and a lot more personal.

How I Can Help

Not sure where to start?

Finding the right doctor, practitioner or clinic can be overwhelming, especially when you're not even sure what kind of help you need. Sometimes you just need someone who will listen, understand what you're looking for and help point you in the right direction.

I offer a complimentary discovery call to learn more about what you're looking for and help you think through what type of provider, clinic or resource might be the best place to start.

LEARN

Information That Makes Sense

I believe understanding our health helps us make better decisions about it. I share what I've learned over the last 11 years, along with what I continue to learn, through personal stories, practical health information and conversations about the things that can influence how we feel and heal.

NAVIGATE

Health can get complicated quickly. I can help you organize your information, understand recommendations, prepare for appointments and prioritize your next steps. If it's helpful, I can also join you for appointments and help afterward with the logistics of your protocol - organizing recommendations, testing, supplements, referrals and next steps.
